Honey and Mustard, Baked Apple BBQ in fall

Since my wife found this typical American BBQ sauce this week,

I got the best thick pork for steak today.

Pork's oil accelerated fire too much.

Looks dangerous and tasted fantastic.

That was the one which we ate in US.

Baked apple was today's sweets!

Don't forget to put ice cream on it!

A crowning glory

It was just two days before the fishing season closes around this water system.

I carefully fished not to leave any regrets as last fishing at this river. 

After switching the fly from EHC to Peacock Parachute,

and several mistakes...

It was the best fish of this water system through this season,

and the first and only fish which I wanted to take a pic with my fishing pole.

Thanks, god! I had good autumn morning today.

In the lengthening nights of autumn

Fun to play game with elder daughter.

The fruits of the countryside

Just following the recipe. Soaked them in the water well.

And boiled them 40 min.

Yum-yum!!

Changed Target

We visit there just for catching SAWAGANI(fresh water small crab).

 

We found some as I expected though,

likely we should change the target.

Good harvest!!

Small castle town

KAKEGAWA city, where the high school I went to is located, is written in this book as one of author's destinations. I'm sure that you can't help traveling after reading this book.

Seafood BBQ in fall

Red wine tells that fall is in full swing now.

Around the fin of tuna(MAGURO no KAMA), fat salmon,

and HOKKE. YAKIIMO(grilled sweet potato) and s'more were nice as dessert.

New Wading Shoes

Since I needed just normal felt sole. No fear of slipping, Lance!

A kind of water shortage

6-8 AM, I think the water is very shortage on this river.

 

But sometimes such a beautiful lady showed up suddenly.

This FUTASUJI took a rest on my cap during I walking back to the car.

Please give some moderate amount of rain to this river, and good luck to me!

EHC and DHC

I realized that the caddis pattern was very effective, in other word, the fish took it very naturally at today's fishing.

Lunch time

Sometimes we need to have lunch,

talking about something fun without kids.

Fishing in the morning (Fortunately not early morning)

About 8-10AM, it was nice fall sunny day.

Beautiful one with fall color.

I guess every fisherman rushes to go fishing before the season ends.

Mt. KODARUMAYAMA(9/21)

We decided to go hiking 9/21 morning suddenly, because it was too nice weather.

And I picked the trail around DARUMAYAMA.

12:36 Got started.

Found and stopped and laughed...

Might be the best way to enjoy the nature.

The blue sky was too nice. 

Can't count the exact times which they took a rest...

An insectivorous plant? The elder daughter found it.

Trekking with nice view around HEDA,

and Mt. FUJI was nice.

The younger daughter's weight got much heavier than before...

15:01 We gave up climbing to the top of DARUMAYAMA.

But we did reach the top of Mt. KODARUMAYAMA.

It was fun time to have trekking with my family all together.
